About Us
Mission
The purpose of the Friends of the Morse Institute Library is to bring together interested persons
to promote the recognition and use of the Institute, to support the Institute both financially
and intellectually as a center of cultural, educational, and recreational activity, and to encourage
involvement in community affairs and activities.

What We Do
Sponsor passes to area museums
Sponsor the Speed Read program
Sponsor various library programs for children and adults
Sponsor the Natick Reads program
Sponsor the library’s Natick Days mini-golf event
Provide Welcome Packets for new library patrons
Write and publish semi-annual newsletter
Sort and organize donated books
Manage and staff 3 two-day book sales annually
Conduct various member development mailings
Maintain this website
Maintain our member database
Support the bookmobile
Underwrite many library enhancements that would be otherwise unaffordable
Work with library staff and trustees on the state-mandated Strategic Plan
